Job Description:
- Design, plan, and manage outbound tour packages, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to arrange travel itineraries and secure bookings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote outbound tours, targeting both individual travelers and groups.
- Provide expert advice to clients on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary travel arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the booking process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep the company’s outbound tours competitive and appealing.
- Manage all aspects of the tour operations, including budget management, quality control, and problem-solving during tours.
- Create marketing content and promotional materials for outbound tour packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.
Job Specification:
- In-depth knowledge of international travel destinations, tourism trends, and outbound tour operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using reservation and booking systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or prefer Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least one years of experience in outbound tours or travel consultancy.
