Job Description:

  • Design and manage itineraries for domestic tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, hotels, and transportation services to arrange accommodations, activities, and travel logistics.
  • Handle inquiries from clients regarding tour packages, offering expert advice and recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in domestic tourism to develop attractive and competitive tour packages.
  • Manage booking processes, including reservations, confirmations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during tours, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote domestic tour packages through various channels, including social media and direct marketing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the tour, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on tour performance, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.

Job Specification:

  • Proficient in soft skills.
    Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations, attractions, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in using tour management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English; proficiency in the local language is essential.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in domestic tourism.
