Job Description:
- Design and manage itineraries for domestic tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Coordinate with local vendors, hotels, and transportation services to arrange accommodations, activities, and travel logistics.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding tour packages, offering expert advice and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Monitor and analyze trends in domestic tourism to develop attractive and competitive tour packages.
- Manage booking processes, including reservations, confirmations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during tours, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote domestic tour packages through various channels, including social media and direct marketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the tour, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on tour performance, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
Job Specification:
- Proficient in soft skills.
Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations, attractions, and logistics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners.
- Proficient in using tour management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in English; proficiency in the local language is essential.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in domestic tourism.
