Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all ticketing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of bookings.
- Develop and implement ticketing strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update ticketing systems and software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other partners to negotiate and secure the best deals for customers.
Provide training and support to ticketing executives, ensuring high levels of service and compliance with company policies. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to ticketing, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze ticketing data and trends to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal department to manage payments, refunds, and other financial transactions related to ticket sales.
Job Specification:
- Proficient in soft skills.
- Proficient in airline ticketing systems and software (Amadeus, Galileo).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least three years of experience in a ticketing or travel management role, with a proven track record of succes.
