Reports to: Director of Tours

Job Overview:

  • Travel Advisory: Provide expert advice and clarification on travel and tour services to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Service Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of travel and tour services, including itinerary planning, quotations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in handling travel and tour-related queries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Advanced interpersonal skills required.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Operational Management: Proficient in arranging and preparing for daily tours and managing departmental operations.

Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Networking: Capable of building and maintaining a professional network.
  • Operational Knowledge: In-depth understanding of both inbound and outbound tour operations.
