Job Overview:
- Travel Advisory: Provide expert advice and clarification on travel and tour services to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Service Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of travel and tour services, including itinerary planning, quotations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least one year of experience in handling travel and tour-related queries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Advanced interpersonal skills required.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Operational Management: Proficient in arranging and preparing for daily tours and managing departmental operations.
Skills:
